Durham is located in the Northeast Region of Missouri, in Lewis County, which is between the towns of Ewing and Maywood. Durham is approximately 20 miles from Quincy, Illinois and 30 miles from Hannibal, Missouri. The Durham Community Center and Ball Park are located on Hwy. 6, next to the blue water tower.
